Talk to Weichi Giuying she explains that she has had a fight with her Father in-law and he has stormed out the house without any breakfast. She is worried about him and asks if you can deliver a rice ball to him but to hurry before it goes cold. His name is Sheng Dahao and he can be found by the brook across the bridge by the Touto Trail.

Sheng Dahoa is near the end of the west side of the map across the bridge. When you talk to him he realises that it may have been his fault and he should not be so hard on his daughter in-law and gives you your reward.
