Talk to Ma Foa he offers to give you some advice on Kung Fu, but asks that you pay a tuition fee. He asks for 50 gold and to return to him when you have it. If you don't have the gold come back to him when you do, otherwise talk to him again and he will explain the different levels of cheng for Kung-Fu skills and how the cost of vital energy increase with each level. When he has finished explaining he will give you your reward.
