Talk to Lin Lan she tells you that the Scamps in the village are hanging around her tavern causing her regulars to stay away. She asks if you can travel to Plum Hill where they hang out and defeat 5 of them.

2:Map Cords: 128 449

You can find the scamps across the bridge at plum Hill defeat 5 of them and return to Lin Lan.

Return to Lin Lan she gives you your reward and some advice that to join the brotherhood you will have to make some friends round here.
