Talk to Doctor Jialang he explains that if you become a disciple of the brotherhood you will learn Kung Fu that is Second to none. He tells you that you can get a recommendation from one of two people either Mu Hejun the Storekeeper or Yang Shouxiong the Blacksmith.

Mu Hejun will ask for 50 Gold in return for a recommendation once you pay this he will direct you to Fierce Wolf at the gates.

Yang Shouxiong will ask you to bring him 3 wolf skins as proof of your worthiness to join the brotherhood.

Wolves can be found by Quing Quing when you have 3 skins return to Yang.

Return to Yang with the wolf skins and he will give you his leter of recommendation and tell you to go see the guard known as Fierce Wolf.

 

3:Map Cords: 332 346

Travel to Fierce Wolf he will look at your letter of recomendation and tell you that you need to see Deadly Tongue  the quest will end and you will be allowed to enter the stronghold. A new quest will appear, Initiation into the Brotherhood of Thieves.
