Talk to Xu Sanzhao who is located in the centre of Baiyun Village. He will ask you to deliver a bundle to the owner of Baiyun Tavern Wen Ruiqi

Travel to the Tavern its just slightly above you. Once there speak to Wen Ruiqi, you hand over the bundle and she will express her worry that Xu is not feeling well.

Return to Xu he will thank you and give you a Chi breathing exercise Note this has no impact on anything and is just a practice. Once you have completed the exercise talk to him again to receive your 1 xp reward and also basic mediation if you have not got it already.
