Talk to Helaoshi he has to prescribe a tonic but has forgoten the key ingredient he asks if you could travel to Shi Zhang and visit Wang Shangu in Laogou Village he should be able to tell you what it is.

 

2: Map Cords: 345 509 Shi Zhang
Head  for Shi Zang (watch out for the red mobs on the Way)  once there talk to Wang Sengu he almost forgets to start with then remembers that the herb is called Egui Leaf. Return to Helaoshi with the name of the herb.

 

3:Map Cords: 145 260 Zixia Dong

Return to Helaoshi he will ask you to type in the name of the herb NOTE make sure that you start each word with a capital as in Egui Leaf otherwise he will tell you the name is incorrect. Once you have done this he will give you your reward.
