Talk to Fang Shenli  the Sifu of Zixia Martial arts school. He will explain that his daughter has lost he sachet and asks if you would look for it for him. He says she last had it in one of the pots around town.

2: Map Cords: 152 224
The pots are scattered about town and you should not have to break many before you find the sachet. Once you do return it to Fang.
